The annual meeting will be held on November 15, 2015 at 1PM in the Frog Common House.
The meeting is a combination of business, opportunity to socialize and talk, an opportunity to share about the land and its possibilities.
Members and Non-Members are welcome to attend.
Members as of November 15th will be voting on:
- Three by-law changes to enable the non-profit to function more effectively
- On three new board members to join the board
The Board will provide:
- An overview of where we have been and where we have opportunities to go as a membership organization.
- EVI, Inc. Financials - What is required financially to enable EVI, Inc. to function as a membership organization
- An overview of how we operate as a membership organization
