145 Acres - The land owned and managed by EVI, Inc. to fulfill its purposes  in terms of land preservation, conservation and sustainable development.


175 Acres - 175Acres refers to the 175 acres of land that includes the land on which the three neighborhoods are located, the Village land that includes the road, parking and pond land and the 145 acres that is owned and managed by the membership non-profit known as EVI, Inc. (EVII).  The Board of EVI, Inc owns and is responsible for stewarding the 145 acres of land.

1) The Board approved committing land to each of the three neighborhoods - FROG, SONG, TREE and the Village


2)  The Board approved leasing land to West Haven Farm and Kestrel Berry Farm


3)  The Board approved putting land into Conservancy - Finger Lakes Land Trust


4)  The Board approved a one acre restoration to natural habitat focused on local trees


5)  The Board approved leasing10 acres of land for an Incubator Farm (see Groundswell)


6)  The Board approved the use of the land for the FROG PV array
